No. WHMCS is a third-party product and we are a reseller of its licences. What we add is the licence itself, the installation on your server and our support for the setup we carried out.

Where does WHMCS run — your server or mine?

Yours. The licence is issued against your domain or IP and the software runs on your own hosting, so your data stays with you. We can host it for you on a ServerNeed plan if you would rather not run it yourself.

Can I move an existing WHMCS install to this licence?

Usually yes. Tell our team where it runs today and what version you are on, and we will confirm exactly what is involved before you order.

Is there a setup fee?

Any one-off setup fee is shown on the plan card above, underneath the price, before you order. If a plan shows no setup line, that plan has none.

Do you provide support if I face any issues?
